Overwhelmed by God’s creation as he looked down on Planet Earth, Glenn spoke of how simply looking at the grandeur of creation is all that’s necessary to know that there’s a Creator God, a supreme being among us. Ignatius, the Spanish knight, hermit, and Catholic priest, spoke of “seeing God in all things,” while in the Reformed churches’ confession of faith, popularly known as the Belgic Confession, God’s creation is described as “a most elegant book, wherein all creatures great and small, are as so many characters leading us to see clearly the invisible things of God.” God’s beauty is all around us, if we’re only willing to step outside and enjoy it.

About the Author
JAMES WOODROW was raised in Pennsylvania and earned his bachelor’s degree at Lipscomb University. After graduating, he spent the summer smuggling Bibles across the former Iron Curtain. Jim later earned master’s degrees at Peabody College and the University of Southern California, ultimately earning his doctorate at Vanderbilt University. With a passion for travel and God’s creation, he has visited many of the world’s natural wonders. Jim currently serves as a professor of management at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa and managing partner at the Sierra Institute in Redondo Beach, California.
