Now, what would you do if you saw an elephant heading straight toward your house? Andy ran toward the back door, shouting all the way, “Mother, Mother, Mother!” Just as he threw open the door and slammed it behind him, he heard a growl, much louder and deeper than his dog Joshua could growl. Joshua peered out from under a chair, as Andy saw a huge lion staring in the window above Mother’s petunia bed. Andy was glad there was a screen in the window, and that the lion was on the other side, but all of a sudden that seemed too close for Andy.
