About the Author
Marianne Takacs has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and is a Life Coach. Her roles as a homeschooler and Caregiver for her daughter have uniquely qualified her to teach and inspire others in their life struggles. She established the (Emergency) Helps Team at her home church; to aid those facing life changing or traumatic circumstances. She serves as a Biblical Counselor. Her life experiences include spending a year abroad, serving on a women’s ministry team at Crossroads, facilitating a Life Group and growing older with her husband of 27+ years now! Mary Rose Takacs has an Associates of Arts. She wrote for her college newspaper for a year and a half. She has received two MCCPA (Michigan Community College Press Association) awards and one college award for her writing. She is a recipient of an Excellence in Journalism award and won second place for In-Depth News Story in 2010. Her experience in fighting through an acute and chronic illness has given her an exceptional ability to encourage, comfort and aid those facing traumatic circumstances. Mary Rose is the Co-Leader of the young adult ministry, Cohesion, at her home church, Crossroads Community Church, of Ottawa Lake, Michigan. Additionally, she co-led with her mother a mother-daughter bible study for 3 years. She currently makes her home in Temperance, Michigan.
