I had a minor in Bible in college; I graduted from seminary; and I became a minister's wife and a foriegn missiionary; yet I recognized that I did not have a mature faith. I had no concept that God was a loving Being who would meet my needs.
In addition, I lacked emotional maturity and effective interpersonal skills in dealing with others. I wondered why my much Bible study, church attendance, etc. did not give me those skills.
In my experiences as a pastor's wife and missionary, I saw that other Christians also lacked those skills.
The questions I asked led me on a search that lasted for many years. The result is this book, which gives guidelines to developing spiritual maturity in all aspects.

About the Author
Sara Hines Martin, MS, holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a Master of Religious Education degree, and a Master of Science degree in counseling. She works as a therapist in private practice in Kennesaw, Georgia.
