About the Author
As a high school health teacher at Jay High School in Jay, FL, I discovered through classroom discussions that one of the reasons there are so many problems in our teenage population is that many children are not being taught character. A person's character determines a person's success. Character is a choice but it still must be taught in order for it to be practiced. Learning about character at an early age is essential. More importantly is learning Christian character. In 2007, my son, Tray, was taken to heaven through an automobile accident. In my eyes, he was a person of outstanding character. His greatest attribute was that he loved to love. He made many mistakes as have I but he always knew that God was there to forgive him and help him to get back on the right track. He loved working with children at Camp Winshape on the campus at Berry College in Georgia. I dedicate this series of books called "Cow-racter" to him. It combines all of the things he loved into one series of books: Children, Farm Animals, God and Character.
