The next morning Andrew phoned his Grammie, just like he and Timothy did every morning. This time, when Grammie answered the phone she sounded a bit different, almost like she had a big lump in her throat. Then she told the boys, “Do you know what? A friend of mine got his Butterfly body last night.” Andrew knew right away what his Grammie meant. That was why her voice had sounded strange and sad. However, when she spoke these words it was like God comforted her to be able to think of her friend that way.

About the Author
Marilyn married her childhood sweetheart Dan and they live in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She works part time in their greeting card distribution business and also volunteers for Hospice of Chattanooga. However, she always reserves Tuesdays as her Grammie day for her two home-schooled grandsons. Her husband and their daughter Sandy have long encouraged her to write down the stories she uses to teach lessons on life. This was the one that begged to be put into a book.
