The Children Eat with Their Eyes

I started creating these plates for the amusement of my son!

I wanted to mix healthy food, and teach my son how to stay at the dinner table for extended periods of time, and to be able to chat about his day ,as is the good Italian Tradition.

He is always enthusiastic to discover the new art work on his plate every day.

I have discovered through friends and family of my son, that children that have difficulty eating will gobble up the entire plate of food if I prepare it like this for them.

I Home this book inspires you to be creative as i have with my sons’ meals.
