About the Author
Sarah E. Tirmenstein was born on January 30th, 1995 in Dallas, Texas. She received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 2017 and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Baylor University in 2018. Sarah has a passion for teaching and art and has always aspired to be an illustrator. She wanted to write children’s books to inspire all her future students to be great writers and have a love for reading. Sarah came up with the idea of writing about her pet hamster, Pineapple, after many of her students and friends would ask her to tell her funny stories about her adventurous little fur ball, Pineapple. From there the idea took off and those stories were turned into a complete book!
