Virginia Kay rolled over and in her normal methodical fashion pulled the blankets down to expose her eyes. “Yep, just like yesterday the sun is peeking through the blinds.” She reflected. “What a wonderful sign that we’ll have another great day.” She threw off her covers, swung her feet towards the floor thinking wonderful thought about all she had planned for the day. As her eyes went toward the floor she stopped with a jerk, thrust herself back toward the bed and screeched. “Robert Alowishus Trueblood the Third”. She could hear the giggles from the other room.

About the Book
As she opened her eyes to a brand new day, Virginia was aware that this was the day that the Lord had made, and she was convinced that all would be fine.Then she realized that once again she had to face that awful rat and his intense desire to mortify her. Tears of frustration streamed down as she braced herself for yet another trauma.
About the Author
Although I’ve written poetry for years, I first developed an interest in writing when Syrus, my grandson, and I agreed to cooperate on his first book. I found that I was able to develop a sense of the characters involved, and although we never finished his first book, I was inspired to continue. Now I have determined to complete this as a mission for enjoyment and as a service to my Lord Jesus Christ as He chooses.
