The Agony and Ecstasy of the Bipolar Mind

Thoughts and consciousness are vessels by which minds can communicate and this communication is happening all the time. Thoughts inspire. It’s good to imagine in your mind what you want to manifest in your life. Albert Einstein said that "imagination is a preview of life’s coming attraction." Without imagination playing in your mind, the manifestation will not occur. Imagination = inspiration = manifestation.” Kenji Kumara. I have several Brain Wave Entrainment (BWE) MP3’s that interject the words “Thoughts Inspire.” They cause brainwave frequencies. Now this is a fairly new level of understanding so each person may want to do his/her own research and come to one’s own conclusions. I merely mention this to show what modern neuroscientists are finding out about brain waves. Our minds and thoughts are more powerful than we realize. When observing mankind early in human history in Babylonia, God saw that mankind was planning to build a city and a tower that could reach the heavens, He states: “Behold they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. “ Genesis 11:6. This is an example of the possibilities, whether positive or negative, that mankind can accomplish through their thoughts. Only in this example their tower was going to be a monument to their own greatness rather than to God so he confused their language and scattered them over the face of the whole earth; thus all the different languages appeared in our world. One can see where the negative thoughts and energies in this case show that nothing would be impossible for man to accomplish through the futile thoughts in their minds and hearts. This shows the potentially powerful energy we have as human beings from our thoughts. I have recently come across some astounding information from several different sources that have opened a whole new awareness regarding the energy of the universe and how everything, including our bodies, is energy. I want to describe this knowledge how negative and positive emotions, which are forms of energy, affect us down to the cells of our bodies and the cure for so many diseases is now available to humanity. I provide information on Hypnosis, Holosync, audio technology, new research in Biomagnetic fields, Quantum Physics, Energy Medicine, Healing Codes, Emotion Codes and many other exciting methods for all humanity, not just bipolar patients. The next frontier is energy medicine; one of the most powerful cures for all types of illnesses. Many people will challenge, criticize and doubt these methods; however, I hope people will have an open mind about the results of these eye-opening methods of awareness on the capabilities of the human mind. Some people won’t understand these concepts as they do not have all this knowledge and will think these ideas are absurd. I realize this, however, I would urge everyone to reach for knowledge and understanding and “taste” the sweet results of becoming all we were created to be; to not miss out on the great adventure of life. Reject your self-limiting and self-sabotaging negative behavior. I believe that all human beings throughout the ages have lived on different levels whether you identify it as higher/lower consciousness, higher/lower vibration or brain wave states of being. Some people who suffer bipolar live their lives successfully without medication and doctors. One example is my father-in-law; when he suffered his mania, he was the life of the party, he was on top of the world being very productive and everybody loved him. When he was in the depths of despair, he was extremely withdrawn, depressed and quietly suffered the agony and torment of this disorder; and yet he did not take any medication or see any psychiatrist for his condition. He was able to manage his life and to control his bipolar in a socially acceptable way. My father, on the other hand, suffered as he was chained to the floor for 10 months and beaten. He did have a doctor and stayed in an asylum (in the 1930‘s). About a year later he regained his mental health and went on to live life to the fullest and died at 91 without ever taking medication for his bipolar illness. John’s older brother was a very successful airline pilot who suffered from depression and was killed in his private plane. Was that an accident? We will never know. John’s three sisters all take anti-depressants. As one can see, this is a hereditary condition. However, I believe John’s condition is also a result of his environment in childhood where he was so hurt at the age of 10 having been told he was going to hell and the impact on the rest of his life from that and other hidden false beliefs on his subconscious mind. A combination of events such as environment and heredity could be at the core of John’s bipolar illness. I am writing this book to encourage and inform the reader of our experiences with the agony and ecstasy in our lives caused by this mania and depressive disorder in the hope this will help educate the suffering bipolar patients and their families and loved ones. No man is an island. We all have a rippling effect in our world. Each human is a unique being and as Max Lucado states: “Your life has a plot; your years have a theme. You can do something in a manner that no one else can.” What a world this would be if everyone knew what his/her purpose in life was meant to be and to utilize the potential that we all have. Every bipolar individual reacts to this illness in his/her own way. I believe in the near future mankind will have more answers and solutions than we have today. I firmly believe that such methods as the Healing Codes and the Emotion Codes are a tremendous source of treating this disorder as well as many other illnesses of the body, mind and heart. The Healing Codes did help John for a few months but he was just too fragile emotionally to continue rising above. I give God all the glory and praise for allowing me to write our story. I have only given an overview of several methods and concepts that have helped millions of people around the world as a result of God working through these world renowned speakers. Holistic healing allows one to look on the inside at the heart and subconscious mind. At times you create your own illusion not your own reality. We see things not as they are but we see things as WE are. I believe that using psychiatric tools along with these methods could help many suffering people. We need to increase our awareness. The more aware we are of our subconscious, the more we can make the right choices. We must get rid of the limiting beliefs that inhibit our creativity and inspiration. As I have been exposed to many different cultures, I have been given many opportunities to observe unique ways of thinking. Let’s keep an open mind and follow your heart. At this point in my life I have a tremendous amount of peace, joy, love and contentment. My threshold of stress is no longer overwhelming. I have reprogrammed my subconscious mind, enlightened the eyes of my heart. I am empowered to rise above the everyday anxieties of life. Also, my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health are at an all time high. It has been a fascinating journey in life and I encourage everyone to know yourself and “soar with me on the wings of a dream” and realize and believe “It is no Secret what God can do, what He’s done for Others, He’ll do for You.”
