Fan or Follower?
Resolution, what does this word mean to you? According to the dictionary, it states that it is “A firm decision to do or not to do something.” When God made the decision (resolution) to send his Son to die for our sins he did not waver from that decision. When you made the decision to except his Son as your Savior and Lord, what did that mean to you? This question is not meant to be a judgment against you but a reminder of that great day you received eternal life in Christ. I can only speak for myself and how I put it on a shelf, in the closet of my heart. Yes, for twelve odd years I had salvation through Christ but he wasn’t the Lord of my life. Then about thirty-five years ago I got hit with the truth and it dropped me to my knees. Jesus was not the Lord of my life because I was only giving God a portion of my heart, not all of it. I’m not going to go into details of what happened but I will tell you that when I did, it was a life-changing event. So here I am today challenging my brothers and sisters in Christ to examine their heart and ask yourself, is Jesus Lord of your life? If you want to please God by being a follower then you’ve picked up something that will lead you in the right direction. It will still be up to you to apply it in your daily life because you have freewill. Are you willing to make a resolution to follow God with all your, heart, soul, mind and strength? If you are then welcome to the resolution challenge!

About the Book
The Resolution is a challenge written to help Christians move from a fan to follower of Christ. This is what I was challenged with years ago and after I took the steps laid out in this book my life changed. I didn’t understand Agape Love, selfless love until I followed the path of RPLOL+. All I can tell you is that God has not made the process of becoming a follower hard. The world has made it easy to be a fan.
If Christians are to be imitators of Christ, how does that happen? That is what this challenge is meant to do. If you decide to take this challenge I am confident that your life will change, but be warned! The enemy, who prowls about as roaring lion will do his best to sidetrack you. Stay focused on the goal, diligent in your resolve and I believe you will be glad and blessed you did.
About the Author
Donald Lefebvre is an ordinary man who has given his heart, soul, mind and strength in serving God. A Christian man who is not an author but one who God touched to write this book. His goal is only to serve everyday for the rest of his life those he loves. He has written hundreds of songs along with a brother in Christ, Gary Wright, which are currently being heard around the world. A writer of poetry that can be found in a book called; “The Heart’s Mind.” Written to help his fellow Christians establish a daily communication between them and God. In the end all he hopes for is to help his brothers and Sisters in Christ grow in their faith by giving them some tools to encourage them to be imitators of Christ.
