About the Book
This book is the first set of selected poems after twenty-five years of writing poems concerning thoughts and feelings about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Most poems have been written in many places—the garage, malls, churches, lounges, and car travel and air travel included. This is poetry written during times of joy, sadness, love, gratitude, humility, humbleness, and thankfulness.
About the Author
Leon G. Woods is a deeply reflective poet. He has been blessed to be married 33+ yrs, with 3 adult offspring. Leon was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and now resides in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has now decided to delve into his passion for poetry. The author has spent 27 years writing poems. Worked 40 years as an E.E.T. (electronic electrical technician) in research, manufacturing and academia. Author accepted Jesus as personal savior 32 years ago. He has poems of reflection concerning walking with God and Jesus. He has observations of how the Holy Spirit has been key in spiritual growth. His thoughts tied to life as a brother in Christ, husband, dad, and friend shines through his work.
