Pain is heavy, sometimes overwhelming. We imagine it will last forever. Suffering is the most underused resource on the planet.

"A problem shared is a problem cut in half."

Help is as close as looking up. It does not last forever, and we learn, change and grow. We become stronger people who know how to make it through tough times.

We learn how to ask for help and how to receive it.

Pray. Become a part of not apart from.

Read scripture and become familiar with your options.

Meditate. Silence the worry committee and breathe.

Warriors of Light know to be who they are. They look best and fit best in their own armor.

January 3

There is no limit to real wealth. In fact, there is gain in giving. There is no limit to real time. Time spent in prayer or meditation seems to move us more easily through our day.

Being of service to people encountered will unfold blessings not usually realized.

Pray like you are speaking to the Daddy you'd like to be.

Meditate. Stop. Breathe deeply. Let your mind drift. Let go.

Warriors of Light sometimes hum favorite tunes about time passing. This takes their mind off imagined pressure. There is no haste with God.

Our portion is with us.

Hunger hits the stomach. Pictures hit the brain. A wink may steal the heart, but music and God go for the soul. Both can fill it, but His tune is everlasting. His rhythm edifies.

Pray without boundaries.
