The Darkness
This is the darker section of my writing. This is where it gets real and a little bit raw but I'm opening up to share with you the true story that God has given me. It is a story of pain and hurt but I'm so grateful that it doesn't end there.
"Mental Health has been my biggest inspiration and struggle. After being diagnosed Bipolar I thought my life would improve knowing what I’m struggling with. However the challenges seemed to only increase and I used this particular section to write about my failures and my frustrations surrounding mental health."
Anxiety
Her heart was willing
But her mind, afraid
So when her heart said "Go"
Her mind screamed… "Wait!"

About the Book
Through a tumultuous journey, Everything in Between explains why it’s OK not to feel good all the time and that, sometimes, life hurts. Everything in Between tells stories of loss, of letting go, and of learning how to love again. Most of all, Everything in Between tells stories of hope in the midst of darkness, joy in the pain, and how to hold on when it feels like life is falling away. Everything in Between is the story of a life searching for hope in the midst of hurt and meeting the Lord in all his glory instead. This is my story of discovering the truths of the Bible through the goodness of God.
About the Author
Demi Cheryl is an Ontario native. She attended school in Lynchburg VA at Liberty University for a few years. Demi started seriously writing at the age of fourteen but she had dabbled in journalling before that with many diaries since the age of ten.
Since writing has taken up most of her life Demi decided to pursue it further as it was something she truly felt passionate about. While not yet completed, her undergraduate degree, Demi has struggled with many issues with situations simply out of her control. Demi is also a strong advocate for mental health as she has had many ongoing battles with her own mental health.
Demi lives in Ontario, Canada and loves getting together with good friends and family for lots of laughs and love over food.
