About the Book

When working on a ranch, there is quite a bit of lifting that is required. This book teaches the basics of chores on a farm/ranch and how the ultimate lifter is Jesus Christ. Made to be read aloud, this book is a great springboard for discipling young children in the love the Lord has for us.

About the Author

Ashley Gooden, has her bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is a former classroom teacher. Ashley resides on the plains of Colorado with her rancher husband, Kenan, and their three energetic sons. In addition to writing, Ashley enjoys leading Bible studies, preparing her own devotionals to share with other women and photography. As a stay at home mother, she diligently works on finding many ways to guide her children in Biblical teachings and principles.
