Sheryl chooses this practical, interactive teaching of the fruit of the Spirit in which we, as parents and grandparents, should strive to base the very foundation of character building in each child.
The Bible tells us in Deuteronomy 6:7, “You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.”
As a parent or grandparent and a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, our greatest efforts and desire should be that our children would represent and emulate the very nature and character of Jesus on earth!

Sheryl Meissner has a deep passion for teaching children as well as guiding parents to "train up" their children as God has commanded. Together with her husband Rich, and three daughters Samantha, Whitney, and Caroline they have opened their hearts and lives to ministry and guidance of many through various facets of teaching including youth ministry, blogging (DAILYARMOROFGOD.COM), and their outreach home ministy.
