About the Book
"Lysa" is the story of a woman caught in an abusive marriage. Awaiting her inevitable death by her drunken spouse, Lysa, in desperation, cries out to a God she is not sure is there. It is a story that has touched the lives of many women, a story of love and betrayal, a story of strength and hope.
About the Author
Karin (Caulien) Breuer began writing in a professional capacity as an educator and was published in several professional journals. Over the years she began to write short stories for friends and family. Her brother's death bed wish that she complete writing his novel "The Trial of Adam" caused her to think seriously about writing for general publication. "Lysa" is her first independent novel.
