About the Book

Beach Reflections reveals the deep love of coastal living. Many diverse emotions are expressed in the poetry, artwork, photography, and stories. Scriptures, “beach proverbs” and quotes capture God’s spectacular handiworks that shout His love for us. Living at Amelia Island for three years was paradise. I felt inspired to write about the correlation between God and the beach. I hope Beach Reflections takes you to the islands, even for a little while. Aloha!

About the Author

Jennifer Clymer Harris has lived in Moultrie, Georgia, for fifteen years with her husband, a South Georgia gentleman physician with a real southern drawl and their three rescue cats. She is an avid “Blue-to-the bone” Kentucky Wildcat fan in Georgia Bull Dawg Country. She proudly drives her UK - stickered “catmobile” displaying her pride. Jennifer has enjoyed her profession of physical therapy for thirty-three years, specializing in pediatrics for much of her career. Jennifer is most in her happy place when she’s digging in the dirt to beautify her “pooltanical” garden and even swims when her flowers are well tended. As well, Bible study is a constant and consistent joy because it has been essential to her growth in the Lord. Oddly enough, she claims prison ministry with Bill Glass Champions for Life/Behind the Walls makes for a fun weekend! Dancing and grandbabies are her passion; you can’t get better than dancing with your grandbabies! She has three granddaughters, Annie, Ava, Madelynn (Touie), and two grandsons, Clay and Malkolm. Jennifer has collected dolls since her daughter was a child, thus releasing the little girl inside who loves dolls. To renew her child-like spirit she mentors in the Colquitt County school system, volunteers in multiple summer kid’s day camps, and teaches kindergarten Sunday School at Heritage Church. Visiting friends in local nursing homes has been a big part of her life.
