About the Book

You Know You Are Short When … is a fun, lighthearted way to get the inside scoop on what short people experience on a daily basis. Whether you are tall or short, young or old, you will enjoy the perspective of the light side of being short.

About the Author

Norene has earned a Master’s degree from Spring Arbor University as a counselor-psychotherapist and is expanding her skills to work alongside pastors, missionaries, and church leadership where needed.

She ministered for seven years in Mexico, worked short-term with the Mercy Ships, is involved with missions in Honduras, and is actively involved in organic home churches.

Having firsthand experience with the short life, she understands the shortcomings (no pun intended). She understands that building self-esteem, building healthy character, and accepting herself for who she is and how she was created made her who she is, not her height.

She has four grown children and eleven beautiful grandchildren ranging in ages from toddler to late teens. She lives in Canton, Michigan.
