Kelly Garner was born and raised in Florence, Alabama. He has called Birmingham home now for close to thirty years. He has resided mostly in the Birmingham, Alabama, suburb of Vestavia Hills. Kelly is married to a native of Vestavia Hills, Melissa, and they have two boys.
