As we start this journey of seeking the kingdom of God, we will learn that his kingdom is where he dwells. His kingdom is an atmosphere specifically created for Kingship. It is the place where God reigns and rules with authority and dominion. This is a place of power! We have to understand that it is not only God’s right to this authority, but as his daughters we inherit the same authority and dominion as our Father, our King. Know your place of authority when you begin to pray. It is your God given right to rule over the enemy. It is your wifely duty to be a helpmeet to your husband. If his lifestyle requires salvation to meet God’s standards than you should pray that God will call him out of the darkness and into the marvelous light.

Tamika M. Brown is the founder and visionary of the ministry, Women in the Waiting. Her goal is to take the ministry wherever God leads her to go. She serves as a faithful member of By Faith Ministries Impact Center of Madison, Alabama. She ministers and teaches alongside her husband, Pastor Derrick L. Brown. They promote healthy marriages, unity in the family, and personal relationships with God. Her journey and experiences have led her to be a continual encouragement to those whom she meets along the way. Her love for God’s people is evident in the time she spends with individuals as well as groups, ensuring they reach their potential in Christ.
