Taking God on Patrol is a first-person account of the world of law enforcement from a Christian police officer’s perspective. From speeding car chases to the crossing of the thin blue line, this book seeks to find God’s biblical truth from each experience.
About the Author
Mark Caronna is a native Houstonian who spent twenty-eight years with the Houston Police Department, retiring honorably in 2011. Mark was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2007 and graduated from Liberty University in 2008. After spending more than a decade as a member of the Houston Police Department’s Crisis Intervention Team and Mental Health Unit, Mark was certified as a crisis chaplain in 2012 and joined the National Certified Chaplain’s Association in 2013. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Teresa, for over thirty-one years and has three grown children.
