About the Book

This crucial book will pave the way for the of coming Elijah of Malachi 4:5-6, who is prophesied to bring today’s absent fathers toward their neglected or jettisoned children and bring the heart of believers back to their Father in heaven. The book offers a solution to a pervasive problem among men today: their inability to forgive abusive fathers. This modern-day Elijah will “restore all things” (Mat. 17:11), including the true gospel of the Kingdom or Family of God, revealing the dangerous error of the grace revolution leading to the appearance of the man of lawlessness, an evil leader who will fight the second coming of Jesus. Real-life examples of people whose lives have been changed by the truth found in this book gives life to this gripping and important book. Chapters such as “Unforgiveness and the Father-hating syndrome,” “Sex and the Father-hating Syndrome,” “Judgment from the Mercy Seat,” “The New Moon Breakthrough,” “The Unseen Enemy Destroying Your Life and Marriage,” “The Real Cause of Divorce,” “The Messiest, Most Dangerous Divorce in History,” “Hope in the Darkest Night,” “Your Father Will Tell You How Much He Loves You,” the shortest chapter on how to hear from God, and “Bored with Jesus?” make this an easy and enjoyable read that will change your life forever. Don’t miss this groundbreaking book by a pastor who has studied the Bible for half a century.

About the Author

Robert B. Scott has had forty years of experience in counselling as a pastor, shepherding churches in France, Quebec, and Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Much revelation from the Holy Spirit and his extensive experiences enabled him by God’s grace to pen God’s Fruit of Forgiveness. He is the author of three other books, Why Doesn’t God Heal Me?, Peace or Rejection—You Choose, and the Bible Code Broken!—The Truth about the Christian Sabbath. He has answered questions on forgiveness and family reconciliation on his Freedom Blog at both freedomchurchofgod.com and freedomtruthseekers.com. Word-of-mouth testimonies have rendered the blog virtually viral, as believers and non-believers are seeking answers to problems they have not been able to receive elsewhere.

Robert lives in Edmonton, Alberta, with his wife Lynda. He hails originally from York, South Carolina, where he accepted Jesus at the age of sixteen at a youth crusade in 1967. He remains healthy and athletic at his present age of sixty-four. He finished his high school education with honors and proceeded to receive a bachelor’s degree in theology after four years of college. He began ministering as a pastor in 1972, being sent to Paris, France in 1973. In 1978 he pastored churches in Quebec City, Trois-Rivieres, and the Saguenay region of Quebec, until 1988, when he began assisting in pastoring churches in Edmonton, Alberta. In the year 2000, he and his apostolic colleague began Freedom Church of God in Edmonton, a church specializing in healing and setting God’s people free. Over 600 people locally sought the healing in Jesus the church offered. Freedom Church of God acquired 1150 members in Kenya and Uganda between the years 2008 and 2011. Robert and other officials from the church and its sister foundation, Malachi 4 Foundation for Family Unity, were invited in 2010 to meet with the Minister of State in Nairobi, Kenya, to discuss the branches of the church and foundation in Kenya and their pilot fishpond project aimed at helping Kenyans to help themselves.

Robert is quite active in writing books, preparing sermons and broadcasts on their Internet radio station, and writing for the two websites. While he has not used the French he learned while preaching thousands of sermons in France and Quebec for fifteen years, he is still quite fluent in the language and is happy about contacts in French Africa and the prospect of using his skills in French to help Africans. He makes frequent voyages to Africa to serve the pastors and members there.
