Why did God Create the Earth? The Bible states that the primary reason why God planned, created, formed and made the Earth was that it would be a place of habitation. We read, “Thus says the Lord who created the heavens, Who is God who formed the earth and made it, who has established it, Who did not create it in vain, Who formed it to be inhabited, I am the Lord and there is no other” (Isaiah 45:18, NKJV). In the beginning, God created, formed and made the Earth so that its inhabitants would honor and glorify Him. We read in “Isaiah 43:7, “All who claim me as their God will come, for I have made them for my glory. It was I who created them." NKJV God’s original purpose and plan for the Earth was that it would be inhabited and that all the inhabitants would give honor and glory to Him. We may ask the question, who are the inhabitants of the Earth today? The answer appears to be very simple in that Man is the present inhabitant of our Earth. This leads to a second question, was Man the first inhabitant of our Earth? According to the Bible Man was not the first inhabitant upon the Earth, but was the second. This opens up a host of questions, if Man was not the first inhabitant, then who could have been on the Earth prior to human beings? The Bible states very clearly to us that the first inhabitants upon this Earth were LUCIFER AND HIS ANGELS. They arrived during the early part of the First Day of Creation. God placed them in a beautiful Garden called Eden. This garden was decked with beautiful gemstones. At this early period of time, the Earth was a most beautiful, magnificent place. From a distance it would have appeared like a beautiful, sparkling gemstone. It is, herein, believed that this first Garden of Eden encompassed the entire Earth. It was a place where Lucifer and his angels served and worshipped Almighty God. However, something went tragically wrong. The question arises: What went wrong and what Happened to Lucifer? Why did the Earth become a dark, sin cursed planet? What is the Origin of Early Man? The sciences of archaeology and anthropology have much to say about the origin of Early Man. The big question arises: how long has Man been on this Earth? Is there a conflict between the sciences of geology, archaeology, anthropology and the Bible record? According to the Bible record, the origin of Adam and Eve would have appeared to have taken place much later than what archaeologists say about Early Man. How is it possible to unravel this apparent dilemma? How is it possible to relate the record of the Bible with the record of geology, archaeology and anthropology? There is an amazing compatibility between these four records. Let us now look into some of the mysterious happenings that have taken place in the past. Also what is taking place today and what will continue to take place in the future. How is it possible to bridge the gap between the creation of Early Man and the Fall of Lucifer?

This book answers the question as to the origin of Early Man. Was he created by God or did he evolve through a long evolutionary process? Who was the first Early Man to live on this Earth? What did he look like? Was he half ape and half man? It all began in November of 1970 when I was asked to teach an adult class on Geology, Archaeology and the Bible at First Alliance Church in Calgary, Alberta. This teaching has extended to many churches, places and to the formation of Genesis International Research Association.
