   Who is the Christ?

Who is the Christ, the Messiah?
He is the Second Person of the Trinity.
He has been alive for Infinity.
He is the Creator of the Universe
Who made us in His image.

He is Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
God in the flesh before us.
He has come from Heaven to set us free
and to take us with Him into Eternity.
For this, He will always and forever be our Lord, our God, our Savior, our King.

   Behold Your God!

We were not given life just to hold.
We were given life to behold
and to testify to the mighty, awesome presence
of God come in the flesh.

Behold! Our Savior, Jesus Christ,
the unblemished Lamb of Sacrifice.
He has paid the price to offer us eternal life.

Behold! God the Son,
the true and holy Righteous One.
On Calvary's Cross, He gave His life for a lost and dying world.

Behold Immanuel! Seek Him diligently while He still can be found.
He has the power to forgive. He has the power to save,
and He has the power to raise us up into Heaven.

Behold! The Lord of Lords and King of Kings.
Hallelujah and praise! He has risen from the grave!
Forever and ever Christ will reign. Glory to His name!

Behold your God! By His stripes, we are healed.
By His Spirit we are sealed.
He is Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.

   Day Star Rising

Just before Morning bathes the world
in an incandescent splendor,
and before Darkness has totally past,
the eastern horizon is illuminated in a fiery blaze.
It is the Day Star rising.

With every corner and crevice of this world
awakened from the Night,
all eyes of Creation focus on its Light.
The glorious warmth and beauty of the Earth
is reborn once again

In ancient ages of ions past,
this dawning hour was set with a sure Word.
Thus, with a certainty, we can know
the Day Star will appear on time,
rising out of Darkness to shine
on a world lost and stumbling in an empty,
endless void of its own deviant machinations.

In a vacuous valley of blackest shadows,
we faithfully wait for its return,
lifting our voices in a quiet, spiritual refrain,
while we remain vigilant and sustained.

Yes, without a doubt, we know––
even when the deepest depths of Darkness overflow.
It's on its way. It's coming.
Soon, it will arrive. Can't you see its Light?
The Day Star is rising.
