I recently saw a movie about two dying men who tried to understand the value of their lives. They tried to measure the men they had been and would be for their remaining days. They both decided at the end, after attempts to fill their remaining days with excitement and adventure, that love of others more than self revealed the measure of a man''s life.

About the Book
This is a group of essays concerning author James Francis Dille’s views of our spiritual connections. He has chosen to tell personal experiences of God answering prayers and showing love and support to him a sinner. He has discovered that God talks to all of us if we pay attention. His prayer is that others may benefit from these essays, supported by Bible verses, and grow in their spiritual walk.
About the Author
James Francis Dille was born in Villa Ridge, Illinois, in 1937. He graduated from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1959. Since then, he has lived in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, where he started and served as CEO of five businesses. Since 2000, he has taught a Bible study class at the First Methodist Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He has no formal training in Bible studies and does not have the imprimatur of any church for his writings. They are based upon life experiences, the Bible, and many other books and personal opinions. Mr. Dille has five children, all of whom have college degrees; he also has nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Two of the grandchildren have degrees, and currently two more are studying towards degrees.
