This is a true story about finding our lost cat after a tragic home explosion and fire, which decimated our home. He was lost for several weeks before we found him living among the rumble of our home.

About the Author

Dr. Sherri Young Breinig has always been interested in the well-being of children. She collaborated with her daughter, Gabi, to write a children’s book illustrating the heartache and grief they endured with a tragic explosion and fire that decimated everything they owned. They hope that this will help other children process and deal with similar loses.
