About the Book
Jacob is introduced to a new and beautiful world. He starts out as an ugly caterpillar. As he learns about who made the world, he also finds out about himself and how God’s Word can make him into something beautiful. His mother guides him along his journey, showing him just how he can change. Finally, Jacob is surprised and his mother is happy to see the lesson he has learned. A great teaching tool for Christian School, Home School and Sunday School teachers. Patterns and scriptures included.
About the Author
Barbara Sims is a lifetime resident of St. Louis, Missouri, and a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She has spent twenty-five years teaching in both public and Christian schools. Barbara has been married to her husband, Darrell, for forty-four years. She has three sons, Michael, David and Philip and two grandchildren, Benjamin and Emily. In addition to writing, Barbara enjoys studying God’s Word, reading, walking and doing counted cross-stitch.
Jacob’s New Heart was inspired by her love for children and for God’s Word.
