In the meantime, the protest and smear campaign are very animated and passionate on Social Media. Within hours after the investigation ends, a video of the final arguments was leaked to the public. The News outlet gets hold of it and airs it.
Public polls are all over the internet and news outlets. The anchor of TGN Evening News has invited analysts to discuss the investigation.
“First of all how was the video with the final arguments leaked to the public?” the anchor asks.
“We learned that an email containing that video was sent out to people in TULIP Management hierarchy for consultation and deliberation purpose; to Company officers who weren’t present at the meetings. That’s how the breach occurred” replies one of the panelists.
“Sir, what’s your take on the Tiffany Johnson case?” continues the host.
“Thank you for inviting us. I think Mike Diamond’s last pitch was brilliant. It completely turned around the case in favor of Tiffany Johnson. He rightfully placed the issue where it belongs: John 3:16. The complainant expressed offense about John 3:16” answers another panelist.
“Before we go further, let’s hear what the public has to say. Earlier today we had our colleagues on the streets asking people their opinion. Let’s listen to what they have to say” retorts the anchor as they switch to the interviews.
“Did the final argument convince you?”
“The Counsel did an awesome job. Tiffany is innocent of all charges.”
“Is John 3:16 a hate speech”?
“After listening to the Attorney, my answer is no. It’s not a hate speech.”
“Did you change your mind on John 3:16?”
“I got a better and clear understanding of it.”
“Have you been love struck by John 3:16?”
“I fell in love with The Father all over again.”
“Is Jesus a Persecuted Lover?”
“This case demonstrates Jesus is truly a Persecuted Lover”
“Do you think the company has grounds to discipline Tiffany Johnson?”
“If she is disciplined, she should file a lawsuit against the company.”
“As you can hear the debate is heated on the streets, online, in the news and in the homes. There is a strong divide between proponents and opponents of how the company should handle or should have handled this case. Back to you” ends the reporter handing over the microphone back to people in the studio.

“Why? Why? Why do you persecute me?” Jesus asked.
Persecuted Lover should inspire a personal reflection of who Jesus is in the life of the reader and the audience.
In Acts 9:4, on the road to Damascus, Jesus asked Saul that same question. Saul’s response was to ask “Who are you, Lord?” After finding out who he was persecuting, Saul experienced a personal conversion.
My hope is that unpacking and unwrapping the gift found in John 3:16 showcases God’s love, helps you see the magnificence of Jesus’s love for you and the right-now power of God’s grace, and have a personal new encounter with Jesus.
The more you focus on the finished work of Christ on your behalf and believe that you have everything you need in Christ Jesus, the more the desire to satisfy any longing with the counterfeit vanishes.
“And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God (Eph. 3:17–19).
About the Author
In February 2015, Alphonsine Ribanje came across teachings on God’s Grace and she saw Christ anew. Seeing His immense love for her in a new way rekindled her love for Him. The Grace of God set her heart ablaze for Jesus; the word JOY OF SALVATION took a whole new meaning.
The more she focuses on The Finished Work of Christ on her behalf and believes that she have everything she needs in Christ Jesus; the more the desire to satisfy any longing with counterfeits vanishes. It’s “an exercise” she has to do daily, especially at the moment of temptation.
