Introduction Becoming a new Christian, returning to Christianity, or improving your Christianity takes concentrated effort. When we were children our parents taught us the value of habit building. We learned to brush our teeth and tie our shoes in such a way that they became “habits”. We can use the same habit building tools to become a successful Christian, return to our relationship with Christ, or renew and improve our current relationship with the Lord. No matter your place in this life we all need to build on our relationship with the Lord. This is a journey and we are pilgrims learning and growing as we go along life’s road. This year long calendar will help you build the habits necessary to be Christ-like. Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers righteousness on you. Hosea 10:12

About the Book
This calendar is going to help you take the principles of habit-forming and apply them to character-building. As Christians, our goal is to become more like Christ every day. With daily, weekly, and monthly goals, you will feel your life change and the lives around you change. Your daily life will glorify Jesus, lift your soul, and change the world!

About the Author
Having been raised as a preacher’s daughter in Oregon, Mary Lawrence knew the importance of the spiritual walk. However, as some of us do, Mary strayed from her walk in her adult years. The truth never left her mind; it just was not firmly planted in her heart.
Mary fumbled through life for a few years. Then she received a letter from a Christian friend, encouraging her to put her faith back in the Lord. This letter was written with true brotherly love and inspired Mary to return to her Christian walk.
Mary has also suffered two brain injuries in her life, one when she was young and the other more recently. Both required mental retraining to re-establish some habits lost due to the injuries. Mary used the process of habit-building to accomplish this. After her second brain injury, Mary decided to use the same skills to deepen her relationship with the Lord, and it rapidly changed her life! Mary knew right then that she needed to share with others how habit-building can be applied to establishing, rebuilding, or improving the Christian walk.
Mary now lives in Minnesota with her family and works with disabled children in a local school, using the same skills she learned to help them succeed.
